This privacy policy describes how the Meta Quest app Mushroom Memories ("the app") handles personal data. Mushroom Memories is a colocated virtual reality performance for up to six participants, run a few times a year.
Untold Garden AB (org. no. 559262-7078), Sweden, is the data controller for the app.

When the app is running, it accesses the following data through the Meta Horizon platform:
To keep participants' headsets connected during a session, the app uses the networking service Photon Fusion (Exit Games GmbH). Like any network service, Photon processes technical connection data such as IP addresses while a session is running. See Photon's privacy policy.
The app does not collect analytics, does not record voice or video, and does not use advertising or tracking.
The user ID and profile are used for one thing only: sharing spatial anchors between the participants' headsets, so everyone in the room sees the virtual content in the same physical location. The data is not used for any other purpose and is not sold or shared with anyone else.
Untold Garden does not store any personal data from the app. The user ID and profile are only used in memory while a performance is running. Shared spatial anchors are stored temporarily by Meta's platform according to Meta's privacy policy.
Since we do not store any personal data, there is normally nothing for us to delete. If you have questions, or want to request access to or deletion of any data related to you, email jakob@untold.garden and we will respond within 30 days. Under the GDPR you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
